Police identify man killed in brutal Berkeley shooting

 The victim of a fatal shooting in Berkeley Thursday night has been identified as 32-year-old Kenneth Warren, police said Friday. The shooting was reported at about 6:50 p.m. Thursday in the 3000 block of Shattuck Avenue, near Emerson Street. Police Lt.
